Our mission is to unite healthcare professionals and organizations in a collaborative effort to give back to the communities and referral partners they serve through a nonprofit organization.

By working together, members can reduce the costs associated with business development while demonstrating their commitment not only to quality patient care, but also to supporting financially disadvantaged individuals who might otherwise go without essential healthcare services.

Through collaboration and community-focused initiatives, this nonprofit seeks to help reduce overall healthcare costs by making care more:

We believe that no patient should be left without the care they need.

Membership is open to healthcare organizations and professionals in good standing with the State of Florida, including but not limited to:

• Hospitals
• Physician practices
• Rehabilitation facilities
• Guardians and guardianship organizations
• Certified home health agencies
• Private home care agencies
• Hospice and palliative care providers
• Other healthcare-related providers and organizations

Together, our members create a network of compassionate professionals dedicated to improving healthcare access, strengthening community relationships, and ensuring that quality care is available to all, regardless of financial circumstances.
